Toby ignored her as he continued to prepare the veg which he then put on to boil and steam on the hob. Meanwhile Toby prepared the potatoes and broccoli, cutting them up into even sizes. He pulled the door open and had a rummage inside. She sighed and pulled herself together, knowing the best course of action right now was to keep Toby happy. But to make matters worse Toby used the other rope to tie her feet together. She shuddered and squealed as his digit slipped inside her. She was panicking now. ‘Cars, salmon, what next?’
